Red Tailed Hawks

Jack and I were on a mission on our walk Monday to see the baby red tailed hawks perched at 80th street and West End Avenue. Born May 7th, these baby hawks are growing like wildfire! The below picture is from May 10th, just days after their birth.


There were quite a few spectators there watching these two babies stretch their wings and think about taking their first flight. But for now, they're just waiting for Mom and Dad to come back with food.
